I'm Leslie. I founded Sip'n'Fox.
I started this brand because I wanted to hear few words.
You make my day.
Most things you can give a person don't earn those words. A bottle opener. A keychain. A candle that smells like nothing. Something with their initials on it that ends up in a drawer.
So I sat down at 4 AM with $100 and an idea. The idea was a tea lollipop. You drop it in hot water. The water turns a color you don't have a name for. You sit with it. You feel seen.
That's how Sip'n'Fox started.
Every product I make starts with my family.
I'm the oldest of four sisters. Five women total, my mom and us. Every time something happens to one of them, good, hard, in between, I think about what kind of card I'd send. What kind of candle. What kind of tea pop. Then I make it. Because if my sister needs it, somebody else's sister does too.
That's how the catalog grew. Not from market research. From real moments in one small family of five women.
And because my sisters are younger, and I'm the one who's supposed to look out for them, I'm careful about what goes in. Real tea. Real flowers. Real fruit. Almond from a small bio farm in Germany. No artificial color. No flavor that came out of a lab. If I wouldn't put it in my sister's cup, I won't put it in yours.
We make BrewPops for weddings. For bridal showers. For baby showers. For the first day of school. For "I got the job." For "I'm sorry I disappeared for a year." For "I miss you." For "no reason at all, you just popped into my head."
Each one is made by hand. Each one comes with a card. Sometimes a candle. Sometimes a matchbox. Whatever the moment needs.
I call my customers Day Makers. Because little things actually do make the day bigger. And the person who chooses to give them is, by definition, the kind of person who makes someone's day.
