Sip’n’Fox Return & Shipping Policy
Effective for all U.S. purchases
At Sip’n’Fox, every order is handmade and created fresh for each customer. Because our products are food items, all sales are final. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Food Items Are Final Sale
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for food products unless they arrive damaged during shipping.
• No refunds for “change of mind”
• No refunds for incorrect selections
• No refunds due to delays in transit
• No refunds for products that melt or are damaged after delivery
• No refunds for items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
This policy aligns with standard U.S. regulations for edible goods.
Damaged Orders (Eligible for Replacement Only)
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
• Provide clear photos of the damaged items + packaging
• Email or message us on Instagram @sip_n_fox
Once verified, your replacement will be processed as soon as possible.
Handmade Variations
Our tea spheres and gifts are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, shape, or design are normal and not considered defects and therefore not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We always ship orders as soon as they are ready. However, once a package leaves our studio:
• Delivery time is controlled by the carrier (USPS/UPS)
• Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or replacements
• Estimated delivery dates shown in tracking are not guaranteed
• We cannot expedite shipping after the package has been handed to the carrier
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on production timing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Sip’n’Fox is not responsible for delays, loss, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees apply
• No refunds will be issued for address errors
Delivered but Not Received / Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Packages left at the wrong location by the carrier
• Missing deliveries marked as “Delivered”
• Theft from mailrooms, lobbies, porches, or mailboxes
Customers must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
Heat, Storage, and Handling
We cannot replace items that are damaged due to:
• Heat exposure
• Improper storage
• Mishandling after delivery
Please store your tea spheres in a cool, dry place.
