Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade and shipped from Maplewood, New Jersey, USA.
Please allow 2–4 business days for production, plus shipping time.


Processing Time
We guarantee that all orders will be processed and handed off to the carrier as soon as they’re ready. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.


Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days to most destinations. However, once your package leaves our studio, delivery time is in the hands of the postal service.
Delays can occasionally happen, even if tracking shows an estimated delivery date. Please keep this in mind when placing your order — we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.


Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items via email or Instagram (@sip_n_fox).
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If they confirm it’s lost, reach out to us, and we’ll help you file a claim.

Delivered but Not Received / Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Packages left at the wrong location by the carrier
• Missing deliveries marked as “Delivered”
• Theft from mailrooms, lobbies, porches, or mailboxes

Customers must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.


Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
