Shipping Policy
All orders are handmade and shipped from Maplewood, New Jersey, USA.
Please allow 5 business days for production of ready-designed products, including a personalized message on the back sticker. Fully customized orders take 30 calendar days for production. USPS delivery time is additional.
Processing Time
Orders are handed to USPS after production is complete. If you need your order sooner, please email info@sipnfox.com with your date and ZIP code before placing your order. We will check whether faster production is possible and confirm before you order.
Delivery Time
USPS delivery time is additional to production and depends on the shipping service and destination. Once your package leaves our studio, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. Estimated delivery dates can change, and we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. For an event, allow time for both production and delivery, plus a buffer before your date.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items via email or Instagram (@sip_n_fox).
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If they confirm it’s lost, reach out to us, and we’ll help you file a claim.
Delivered but Not Received / Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages
• Packages left at the wrong location by the carrier
• Missing deliveries marked as “Delivered”
• Theft from mailrooms, lobbies, porches, or mailboxes
Customers must file a claim directly with USPS.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
