BrewPops are food products; therefore, in accordance with legal regulations, returns and exchanges are not possible.

However, if we make a mistake—such as a typo in your custom text, the wrong flavor, or a shipping delay on our part that results in you not receiving your order on time—we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Simply email us at info@sipnfox.com, and we will take care of everything.

Ready-designed products, including your message on the back sticker, take 5 business days for production. Fully customized orders take 30 calendar days for production. USPS delivery time is additional.

We do not offer discounts, as our pricing already reflects the manual craftsmanship and personalization involved in every piece. The shades of ribbons, roses, and decorative elements may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due partly to individual monitor settings and partly to the nature of our ingredients. Since everything is crafted from natural components, minor variations in shade and texture are perfectly normal and simply highlight the unique, handmade nature of every single BrewPop.
