A European Christmas market, in a box. Picture a winter evening in Vienna or Strasbourg: warm apple strudel, roasted nuts, oranges and spice in the air, a fir tree glowing in the square. We poured that evening into ten little Christmas trees. Each one is a tea lollipop: drop it in a cup, pour hot water, stir, and it melts into a full cup. Three flavors are made on sencha green tea, two are caffeine-free fruit and spice infusions.

What is inside

• 10 handmade tea trees in 5 winter flavors, two of each, so there is always one to share:
  • Apple Strudel (caffeine-free) — apple, cinnamon, cardamom, raisin, apricot, orange peel, rose hip and hibiscus. The first warm slice from the market stall.
  • Nutcracker’s Waltz — sencha green tea with walnut, almond, cranberry, apple and hibiscus. A little ballet night in a cup.
  • Winter Garnet — sencha with pomegranate seeds, rose petals and hibiscus, bright and jewel-red.
  • Sparkling Orange — green tea, pear, orange peel, lemongrass and hibiscus, finished with a dried orange slice and edible gold stars.
  • Frosted Raspberry (caffeine-free) — raspberry, ginger, rose, apple, chokeberry, rowan, rose hip, elderberry, raspberry leaf and hibiscus, with a slice of dried lemon.
• 10 clear filter bags. No teapot, no strainer: drop the tree in the bag, add hot water, sip.

Everything comes in an emerald green magnetic gift box with a gold-foil Christmas tree on the lid, a holly and winter-berry pattern inside, and a gold satin ribbon. Ready to place under the tree as is, no wrapping needed.

How to make one cup: drop a tree into a filter bag, pour about 8 oz of hot water, stir until it melts, and enjoy.

What is in the trees: sencha green tea (in three of the five flavors), dried fruit, berries, spices and edible flowers, set in isomalt instead of sugar. No artificial fillers. Contains tree nuts (walnut and almond in Nutcracker’s Waltz).

Made by us, not sourced. Every tree is cooked, poured and finished by hand in our New Jersey kitchen, in small batches, and wrapped individually so it stays crisp all the way to the cup. They keep for months, so order early and the holidays are taken care of.
