BrewPops are food products; therefore, in accordance with legal regulations, returns and exchanges are not possible.

However, if we make a mistake—such as a typo in your custom text, the wrong flavor, or a shipping delay on our part that results in you not receiving your order on time—we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Simply email us at info@sipnfox.com, and we will take care of everything.

Fully bespoke orders (unique shapes, colors, branding, or custom packaging designed from scratch) require approximately 30 business days for production. If you are working with a tight deadline, please reach out to us at info@sipnfox.com to discuss what is possible.

We do not offer discounts, as our pricing already reflects the manual craftsmanship and personalization involved in every piece. Instead, we love to add a little extra joy: for orders of 100 BrewPops or more, you will receive a complimentary gift set of your choice (a $13.50 value, featuring a BrewPop with a greeting card and a candle). We have 5 different options available—please select your favorite at checkout.

The shades of ribbons, roses, and decorative elements may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due partly to individual monitor settings and partly to the nature of our ingredients. Since everything is crafted from natural components, minor variations in shade and texture are perfectly normal and simply highlight the unique, handmade nature of every single BrewPop.
